What is FHMF?
The Free Horizon Montessori Foundation (the FHMF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting Free Horizon Montessori (FHM) in providing individualized instruction, delivering engaging curriculum, and supporting strong community.
When Free Horizon Montessori was established in 2002, the founders also created the FHMF. The purpose of the Foundation is to serve as the fundraising arm of the school and to provide an independent bank account from which the school could draw upon to support itself.
In 2006, the Community Support Network (the CSN) was established by FHMF to better address the needs of the FHM Community.

Mission Statement
The CSN exists to enrich the FHM community by raising funds to support the school and by cultivating connection for our families and staff.
Vision
Our vision is to grow membership and raise funds that will be utilized to enhance the school’s resources and programming. We are committed to emphasizing the importance of volunteerism in supporting our school and to helping strengthen the bond between families, staff, and the broader community.

We are dedicated to providing financial and community-based support for our school through fundraising efforts and events.
Community Building
We foster a sense of unity by organizing events and activities that bring families and staff together, encouraging participation and connection.
